The Winter Days Grab your Jordan Winter Boots

The Jordan Trk’s are such a life saver in the day of cananda. I don’t know what you guys are facing in other countries but the weather is kinda on a different level.

The Jordan Trk is a pair of Jordan's I have bought to keep my toes very warm and cozy. These are one of the pair of shoes Jordan has come up with to with stand the harsh snowy conditions. The other kind of shoe he has come up with would be the Jordan Spizikes. The Spizikes to me look like a combination of the 3’s and the Sons of Mars. I might be wrong but it’s just what I have seen or you could say my observations.

The Trk are the more of a high top of shoe with the extra padding on the feet and the other places around your foot are very great for the walking in deep banks. From the personally opinion I have never had my toes cold and got any snow or moisture in the shoe.  As for the Spizikes they the same thing but they are a lower cut, but they have better design and colour way you could choose from.

Jordan's were known for the regular basketball and casual shoe, but for some people who doesn't like to wear Timberlands, even though they are known for the best type of shoe to wear during the winter; some people like the fact that you could get the Jordan creativity with the intelligence of putting the Jordan brand to make a shoe that would look cool while keeping your feet really warm. I would have recommended if you don’t have one of these shoes.

The Jordan XXVIII

Jordan is the best thing that happened to this day. His shoes have come a long way since he first brought out his shoe the Jordan 1’s he has gone down to be the first athlete to record and amount of  28 different shoes in a series. From having the high tops to bringing back the high tops at end of the series. The Jordan 28’s are a low cut show which transforms into a hi-cut shoe. The extra material on the shoe to me acts like a sock or an ankle brace or something of a sort. The problem is does the actual added material makes a great ankle supporter or is it just for looks.

The comparison I would put on them would be the Jordan super fly with a zip up coat. The comparison is quit comical but it just looking like that.

The Jordan’s are all basketball shoe but they are more in this day we all wear them as casual shoe. Most of his shoes do not have the typical basketball look in this era. Basketball shoes back then were converse shoe that had no stability to this day and age; you would never see someone playing in chuck tailors anymore.
The Jordan 28’s are a good shoe as a I have heard from the few people I know that bought it they like it, but sometimes they feel it is just too much to handle with the extra material and it just doesn’t do anything to their ankle support.

The point i’m trying to make is that it looks very cool to have in the collection, cool to wear; looks wise it is very unique/futuristic but there are better shoes out there that could be worn.

Adidas Blades

Adidas spring blades are the most unique shoe I have every felt and seen in my entire life.  This show changed the running game you might say they remind me of moon shoes. This shoe was designed with the old midsole being replaced from the normal standard foam which is the normal standard look for any type of running shoe; but this time they pulled out all the stops and bringing in a new element to the running game. They put in 16 new slated blades with new high tech material called polymer.

The new technology would be considered very revolutionary, meaning it should be one of the most comfortable since the shoe in the world are all based on comfort and fit. The shoe itself looks very good until it gets to the blades. The blades looks cool on display but the thing is its probably great to walk in and have a casual day but what happens when you start importing extra movements into it then it feeling of the shoe change. Meaning you wouldn’t feel the comfort that much the bounce everything. I imagine when you are running; personally I am not a runner but I could see if a runner getting tripped up under them-selves, any rock can slow them down, and mud would get stuck between the blades. These are the kind of things that would worry me about this shoe.

This is a great shoe in theory in my opinion the look the bounce the feel when you’re walking , but as a runner do you think It is going to with stand all the elements of outside it wouldn't be a good.

That’s my opinion what do you think about the Adidas Blades.

Taxi Service

Did someone call a taxi, I think I might have because these kicks are so fly, probably my favourite Jordan kicks or at least top 3 in my opinion. The Taxi 12s are coming back this year just before the holidays. It is set to release on December 14th of this year.

A little history about the shoe Jordan first released this shoe in 1996 they were only $135. This is the year Michael Jordan and the bulls won their 5th championship, during the whole season he was rocking them. All the shoes Jordan has come out with a shoe the orginals were always cheaper because from that time to now it has been 17 years since they came out and now they are priced at 200 plus tax which will probably come out to be 225. The thing that shocks me the most about these Jordan shoes they were made for basketball when they originally came out but now we are wearing them as a casual shoe; were if we see someone wearing it on the basketball court we get angry. This is my opinion they are basketball shoe but we come in the day an age where most people wouldn’t be caught wearing them on the court because they are more worried about getting them dirty and not seeing the real reason for these shoe are to style on them on and off the court.

The taxi colour way is base white with black soles and golden lace clips.

I wouldn't be surprised that the lines will be very packed as of the other originals that came out this year. As for being one of the last Jordan’s coming out before the calendar flip with is going to be selling out very fast. Just letting you guys know either pre-order them from some of the websites who get them or get your camping bag ready its going to be a long day for you on the December 13th going into the 14th. I will be one of those guys so good luck to you as well as me.

The D-Roses (Does it Compare)

The Derek Rose Does it Compare to the Nike Elite Kicks?

Derrick Rose the Former MVP of the NBA is known for his explosiveness and ability to take over the basketball game. He is sponsored by Adidas from he started in the league and he does a great thing with his brand. The D-Rose I have seen with the a lot of basketball athlete with college schools, well for the most part in Canada. Adidas is the athletic wear of most of the colleges in Canada. If a team is sponsored by them they would most likely get the same shoe and it would most likely be the D-Roses. I remember when the Adizeros came about they were the hottest shoe out but that was the time when Derrick rose was taking the league by storm. Everyone had them they were very light very comfy and the colour palette was limitless they would go out and get there schools team colours and looked real swaged out with their team. Derrick Rose new style of shoes looks very sleek and simple, when the shoe is simple and has a unique feel to it, that’s a great shoe. Compared to all the other sneakers in the league or all the top guys like the Nike Elite men his shoe can compare to them because it’s not as expensive and it still gets the job done on the court with great grip, and ankle support. It is not my type of shoe but I would recommend it if anyone wants a good pair of basketball shoes.

The Head Honchos

Welcome back to this weeks blog guys, this week we will be talking about the Nike Elite Big three and their sneaker game.

In basketball Nike is none for one top influences in shoe attire. Even though everything is known for Addidas all the warm ups t- shirts etc.. This League has three top of their game players who Nike has signed, maybe for their potential, maybe there star ability, whatever it was Nike had a great marketing move to market these guys. LeBron was known to have a deal with Nike before he got into the league, with one of the biggest contract, did they know arguably he would have been the best player in the National Basketball Association. These players have all unique shoe under the same logo but all have different design. Kobe’s shoes are known to fit the smaller feet or in the NBA it would most likely be for shooting guards or for guys who weigh under 235lbs. LeBron James shoe is mostly for bigger sturdy build of player, its molded off his feet and his body type. It has a lot of support for the guys who carry a lot of muscle mass or who weigh around 250lbs and more. The Kevin Durant’s are basically the same as Kobe’s they are built for guards and smaller stature guys. The difference I would figure the shoes would have are material, design, and comfort. These are the three guys who are the faces of Nike Elite and they have a great brand, Who would you chose to rock on your feet , personally I am a  fan or all three but to wear on the basketball court I would have to rock the Kobe System 8’s.

The Black Mamba Kobe System

The BLACK MAMBA
Kobe System

The mamba as everyone knows him as the assassin the most lethal player in the league, he is really feared, deadly, I don’t want to guard him, all these words and phrases would come out of the average basketball players mouth , but everyone knows him as Kobe the Mamba Bryant. Kobe is one of the elite players in the NBA and holds one of the elite spots on Nike sharing the spot light with fellow NBA players, LeBron James and Kevin Durant.

The Kobe system shoe line has ranked among the greatest shoe sales in Nike’s collection. First of all it is Kobe Bryant who are indorsing it he is the most dominating shooting guard in the league, it fits well. His shoe is mainly for that non shoe like feeling on your feet, very light and still have the protection for your ankle, as I would say when you get the Kobe’s you have signed up for ankle insurance. Just a little humor there for you guys. The shoes are made for indoor courts but at the same time he has the option of making it outdoor for all you ballers out there who normally just hoop outside to have fun, it is recommended for you to get the XDR outsole option, because the regular soles would grind out very easily with the indoor type soles. The interior is loaded with a very popular foam like material which distributes impact evenly so it saves your feet in the long run if you are looking to play basketball for a while. Comfort is one of the main things for an athlete and these are on the higher ends of shoes, or you could say at the top if you will.

The Kobe system 8’s are well thought our basketball shoe and well recommended to get for guard like players or even forwards. These shoes are awesome but can’t wait to what they do with the Kobe system 9’s.

I'll get mine are you going to get your's.

Nike Free

Nike Free 7.0

Hey guys welcome back for this week’s post. This week we will be dealing with all comfort, how the feel needs to be comfortable while you walk while being stylish. The NIKE Free are these shoes for you to get, they are very sleek and have great support. They come in variety of colours in any Sports Chek, Footlocker, Champs and Finish line stores.

These are great for walking around in and if you’re going for a light jog. The 7.0 mean the size of the sole gives you the feeling like you are walking on memory foam. We all love that feeling of memory foam. The mesh design is very soft for the top of your feet; the shoe is very flexible and moves well with your feet, the lacing module is to reduce pressure on your feet to have a loose feeling. The fit of the shoe is for narrow fit, the comfort is a 10/10 and the durability is top notch.

All said and done Nike has come up with one of the best runner shoes for people who likes the feeling running bare footed while having the protection of your feet. I recommend this shoe for anyone who wants the luxury of free roaming in these awesome shoes, they works great for wearing for a long period of time, for the athletes doing a lot of running and jumping and for leisure walking.

Leave your comments and thoughts on the Nike Free 7.0

I got mine are you going to get yours.

The KD VI

Kevin Durant VI

Welcome back Sneaker heads, my fellow shoe addicts; we will be talking about the awesome Kevin Durant VI:

If you didn’t know Kevin Durant is on the team of elites in the basketball shoe game, meaning he is one of the top sellers right now for NBA basketball kicks. He is joined up with the elites of the NB, King James himself and the Mamba Kobe Bryant.

Kevin Durant has unique look to how his show is designed. It has a slight not in the middle type of tongue I really don’t know how to describe it, but all I could say is that it looks unique and it stands out a lot.

A little shoe history of his shoe he started with:

KD I: The First KD’s were really simple and sleek

KD II: These KD’s are when he first introduced the strap

KD III: Very Simple but Very Stylish on the court

KD IV: These came in with the strap and the mesh for more comfort and ventilation .

KD V: Personally these were the most popular

Great Ankle Support and Very Light

The KD VI are the newest project Kevin Durant has come out with and they are a low cut shoe which most guards wear in the NBA. They are lighter on the feet which would make them faster and has a lot of comfort. The design in my opinion is okay it I not bad the slanted tongue bothers a little but the colors are very vibrant and can play with your own touch on NikeID.com.

Leave a comment and share what you guys think about the KD’s VI. Which ones out of his line do you like the best.

Welcome back my fellow shoe heads, and shoe addicts this week we will be looking at the new LeBron James shoe. The LBJ 11's are coming to a store near you; the store that will 100 percent have this release would be The House of Hoops.

We all know or for who didn't know since LeBron James has been in high school he had a huge Nike contract coming into the NBA. As a teen basketball player who wouldn't want have their own shoes molded from their feet and their own specifications on how the design would look like. Does anyone remember the first year or first time he released his first shoe; let us go back in time and refresh our memory.

Yeah I remember the first day these released the Nike air zoom generation. Everyone was in love with this shoe well mainly because it was LeBron James the best thing to come to the NBA at the time.

Retro 9's

The Retro 9’s

The retro sets have a long line or shoes Michael Jordan has set and made for him during games. He has played in each of these styles of shoes in the playoffs and off season. The retro 9’s are very stylish Jordan’s. Now a days Jordan’s are rarely seen as basketball kicks, unless they are the ones that are made like the XX28 that looks like the typical ball shoe. Jordan’s are being worn as a casualty every day or special occasions, remember I said stylish. These were my first pair of Jordan’s the Photo blues. They ate all black with black laces and blue stitching.

These weren’t a popular hit as other Jordan’s; these were still in stores after a couple of weeks.  Jordan’s as most of the readers all know that the hot ticket Jordan’s do not last more than 3 hours in any store.  The business aspects of releasing Jordan’s are very impressive and demanding. They normally don’t have that many hot ticket releases a year; which feeds the hunger for the customers to go out and wait in line or even camp out just to get a pair of shoes you really won’t wear on a regular basis.
The 9s I got were released not to far apart the first were the Photo Blues then the Kilroy’s and then the Cool Greys. Between these three shoe colour the hot ticket shoe that sold out right away were the Cool Greys.  The Cool Greys, Breds (Black and red) the originals, these are the hot ones which everyone lines up for outside of your neighborhood Footlocker, Champs, and Finish line

HyperDunks .vs. Hyper Quickness

HyperDunks .vs. Hyper Quickness

Today is the day we talk about basketball shoes. The new released 2013 Nike Hyperdunks September 16th to be exact and the Nike Hyper quickness where released on June 11th 2013. Both these shoes come in a variety of colors when they were released.

They are both available on nikeid.com; the cool thing about the Nike hyper dunks is that you could customize them to match your style. They can also have customized your name on the tongue, your number on the back and also may have the bottom even glow in the dark, which probably makes any sense since you wouldn’t be playing basketball in the dark, but it’s just a cool feature.

This is my opinion on both these shoes;

Basketball is not a complicated sport. These shoes just hit the seen the 2013 hyper dunks and the 2013 hyper quickness. There both amazing shoes but there are a lot behind the both of them as a basketball player I would recommend the hyper dunks they are very comfortable light and quite stylish I would say. As my observation of the league mainly the Canadian college basketball level more players are fond of the hyper dunks. As the hyper quickness is new they are a similar shoe to the hyper fusions and the hyper dunks basically a mixture of the two. They are comfy if I might say but a little tight around the ankles. This could be a good thing or it could be a bad thing, majority of the basketball players that I’ve noticed wear ankle braces, and it could cause a problem if the fit of the shoe might not go well with braces and it will be uncomfortable. On the other hand the hyper quickness ankle support could be very structured and could provide you with the support you need for your ankles.

As for my review I recommend the 2013 hyper dunks great comfort great look. Trying both of these shoes on in the Sport Chek was like a kid in a candy store.
